Mind is PowerISO, which is commercial, but which can be easily found for free on the torrent sites. So, then, my point is, one should use whatever primary ISO handler that one wants to use. It just lacks writing capability which Alcohol has. You should try it. You can open image files with it without mounting it to virtual drives.
